Dining was a true highlight! The four-course dinners were absolutely delightful, with creative vegetarian options that were far from your typical meatless fare. Plus, the reliable ski shuttle made getting to the lifts a breeze.
Just a heads up, there's no shop in Les Prodains, so if you're craving snacks, a trip into Morzine is required. And while there’s no kettle in the room, we managed just fine with our travel kettle.

Charming hotel with exceptional dining experiences and themed dinner nights. The walk to the lift can be quite a trek with gear.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
Welcoming staff and hearty four-course dinners elevated our stay, making every meal delightful. Proximity to ski lifts and the convenience of ski storage were significant advantages!
Breakfast lacked variety and could feel repetitive after a few days. the Wi-Fi was weak, which made staying connected frustrating at times.

The proximity to ski lifts is a major win, as you’ve got access right from the doorstep with a ski bus stopping just outside. it makes getting around pretty easy. The cozy bar area with games is a nice touch for unwinding after a long day on the slopes, fostering a social atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms is nearly non-existent, a real nuisance for staying connected after a day out. relying on cell data is not ideal. The paths to the hotel can get icy, which makes navigating with ski gear a bit of a challenge. Breakfast doesn’t offer much variety, and my hopes for a hot, hearty start to the day fell flat due to limited cooked options. Room sizes are a bit smaller than you'd find in more typical British hotels, which can impact comfort, especially when sharing space with gear. Lastly, the overall quietness may not suit everyone, particularly those looking for more lively evening activities.

Excellent hotel with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, ski storage, and a great restaurant. The staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay, which I appreciate. Highly recommend trying the fondue evening!

The hospitality at this family-run hotel is commendable, with personalized service that really added to our experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, especially for a young child’s meal times. Just keep in mind that the walk to the lift can be a bit lengthy with kids and gear.

I stayed in a Family Room for 5 nights and found it clean and well laid out. The beds were really comfortable too, which made a difference after skiing all day. Plus, we had an amazing view from our room. Really enjoyed that! The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly, and it felt very cozy even during busy times.
